Description
Class begins with a light yoga flow to relieve tightness and create space in mind & body in preparation for restorative practice including 4-5 prop supported yoga poses held for approximately 4-5 minutes each. All of which will lead to greater self-awareness, reduced fatigue and stress, a more balanced nervous system, improve overall healing, and an immunity boost. Appropriate for intermediate and beyond. Supplies required: 2 bolsters or 6-8 large bath towels, 2 blocks, 1 yoga strap.
