Regardless of your level of activity or yoga experience, this class is designed to target the tightness you may experience from any active lifestyle as well as the stiffness and soreness that often occurs participating in activities. This class is great for increasing flexibility, restoring mobility, and is deeply relaxing and rejuvenating to both the body and the mind. This class not only will complement what you’re doing but plays an essential role in helping you stay injury-free and keep you participating in the activities you love. You DO NOT have to identify as an “ATHLETE” to gain benefits from this class. It’s great for anyone looking for a slower and more gentle practice. Must be comfortable working on the floor as well as transitioning from the floor to standing and back to the floor. Supplies needed: 1 yoga blanket or 1 large bath towel, 1-2 yoga blocks, 1 myofascial release ball or 1 tennis ball.
