Sahibi Kriya is a powerful kundalini practice designed to help people master their domain. It involves the whole body, improves blood circulation and gives strength and resilience to face any situation.
You'll see as you practice this kriya daily that you'll gain mental and physical strength.

6 weeks of Sahibi Kriya to take you to 40 days (a new online live class every Sunday at 18:00 CET/12 pm EST).
A new, fun playlist every week with time to dance as well as do the kriya.

You'll be part of a WhatsApp group to stay accountable for 40 days, ask questions and share about your experience.
