Description
The Art of Doing Nothing
We live in a Yang-heavy world—constant movement, constant heat, constant noise. Yin Yoga is the necessary balance. It is a slow, lunar, and cooling practice that honors the "Tha" (Moon) in Hatha.
Using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, we settle into gravity-assisted shapes that allow the body to open without force. It is the ultimate practice for longevity, calm, and deep internal listening.
