In modern life, our lower backs take a constant hit, from long hours sitting at desks to time spent in cars and on our phones. This often leads to tightness, discomfort, and reduced mobility that can affect how we move, feel, and even sleep.

Our Lower Back Love class is designed to gently counteract these everyday stresses using Myofascial Release (MFR) techniques. Through guided self-massage, breathwork, and slow, intentional movement, you’ll learn how to release tension, improve circulation, and restore ease in your lower back.
