Adaptive Vinyasa is a flowing yoga class designed to make traditional vinyasa accessible without removing the challenge. Using props such as chairs, blocks, and the wall, students are offered alternatives to floor transitions, chaturangas, and repeated up-and-down movements so they can safely build strength, balance, and endurance.

Students who feel comfortable are welcome to practice full traditional transitions, allowing the class to scale from supportive to highly challenging within the same environment. The focus is adaptable movement, joint-friendly strength, and confident participation — you choose the version of the practice that works for your body.
