I discovered yoga in 2005 and quickly fell in love with its ability to strengthen the body while calming the mind. Since completing my 200h yoga teacher training in 2012, I’ve been dedicated to sharing the joy and benefits of Ashtanga (and other types of) yoga. As the main teacher and owner of GreystonesYoga, I’m passionate about helping others experience the transformative power of a regular yoga practice.
Description
This energising class combines dynamic movement with mindful breathing to support strength, flexibility, and overall mobility. With an emphasis on linking breath to movement, the practice helps calm the nervous system and bring focus to the mind. Inspired by the Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series, along with accessible postures from more advanced sequences, the class offers options for different levels, making it both challenging and adaptable to your own pace.
