This journey is designed welcome you out of winter hibernation and into the light of this spring season. We will utilise deep connection to your gorgeous self with dynamic vinyasa flow then go sweet slo-mo with yin and slide into the nourishing release and rest that is yoga Nidra and we finish our travels with a chance to chat over a cuppa and a wholesome snack.
On our trip we will enjoy using a rainbow of methods like music, chanting, pranayama and feeling into and manifesting our personal intent. Come join me for the ride and bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillow and maybe a keep cup (I've got some cups at the centre but they are quite small if you are like me and dig a nice big cup, bring your own.)
