We take flight at 9am with sound healing cleanse, welcome and setting intention.
Then the unfurling begins with a divine Vinyasa motion sequence then an hour of marinating in Yin shapes that travels into Yoga nidra bliss. There will be other elements sprinkled along the way to enhance the magic and we complete our travels with cuppas, nourishing snacks and time to commune with our yoga family. Bring your yoga mat,
a warm blanket, a bolster and blocks if you have them (otherwise 2 bed pillows will make perfect props) yes it’s quite a bit but it’ll make your yoga experience extra divine 👌✨ 🙏
