Description

Is the pace and rhythm of modern life starting to feel disconnecting and tiring?

Every Tuesday evening, our wonderful Katie Sayles holds a very special therapeutic closed group rooted in the tradition of women’s circle.

Across the weeks, the group becomes a familiar space where women can arrive as they are - sharing, reflecting, moving and resting together. Katie weaves together conversation, somatic movement, breathwork and deep rest practices to support a more honest relationship with the body and with one another.

Themes across the year often explore areas such as embodiment, somatics, desire and the changing seasons of life. There is also space for laughter, honesty and the kind of connection that only grows when a group spends time together over weeks and months.

This is a closed group, meaning the same women practice together each week. This consistency is what allows the space to deepen over time and for genuine community to form.

For this reason we ask that you only join if you feel able to commit to the group rhythm. You’re not required to attend every single session, but as this is a small, committed group we’re not able to offer refunds for missed classes.

The fee is £70 per four-week phase.

If you’re longing for a space that feels slower, more honest and rooted in community, this group may be for you.

A space for women who feel the pull to slow down, listen to their bodies and be in honest community with other women.
