Description
A weekly class rooted in seasonal living, where we work with the natural rhythms of the body and the shifting energy of the seasons.
Rather than following a fixed structure, these sessions are guided by what the season invites - supporting you to slow down, listen, and respond to what’s present in your body.
Through gentle somatic movement, breath and rest, we explore ways of softening tension, settling the nervous system, and reconnecting with sensation and awareness.
Practices are slow, accessible and non-performative. There’s no pressure to achieve or “get it right” - we welcome total beginners or more experienced practitioners.
This class is open to all, whether you’re new to somatics or looking for a more grounded, seasonal way of practising.
Katie is a somatic & embodiment coach and a mental health nurse dedicated to supporting people into balance through holistic techniques.
