A blend of two favourites for a wholesome Sunday morning.

The first half of this class will be movement based, fitting the seasonal theme (March: balance).

The second half of the class includes restorative postures designed to facilitate deep physical rest, with meditative elements weaved throughout.

This is a closed group with a special focus, living in harmony with the natural rhythms of planet earth, our bodies & our emotional world.

This group is women only, we will cover the menstrual cycle, life cycle of women & the seasonal cycle through a yogic lens.

3 x 4 week blocks (1 week break between each block)

£240 for the full course. Payable upfront or in 3 monthly installments (£80 PM).

A closed group for a group of women to deepen their yoga practice in a consistent community.

Each month we will delve into a new concept, this closed group will explore the ‘Panca Kosa’ model (the five dimensions of the human) which is helpful for managing health and awareness of self on all levels.

The fee for 4 weeks is £64. If you cannot attend a class we unfortunately cannot refund you, this is because we cannot fill your space with a drop in, as per the nature of the closed group.

This closed group is specifically to teach skills for managing stress & general anxiety, in a womens community group.

Each four week block will embed a new skill that is known to support stress & anxiety, the content is grounded in recent mental health research with spiritual essence weaved throughout.

Each month will help you to explore a new skill, month one is grounding.

This is a great option for people who have been wanting to engage in one to ones for anxiety or stress but need a reduced fee, or for people wanting to bring community into the healing space.

This group is only available to people who have spoken to me prior to booking so that we can mutually ensure this is a suitable group for your needs.
