A blend of two favourites for a wholesome Sunday morning.

The first section of this class will be movement based, fitting a seasonal theme.

The end of the class includes restorative postures designed to facilitate deep physical rest, with meditative elements weaved throughout.

This is a closed group with a special focus, living in harmony with the natural rhythms of planet earth, our bodies & our emotional world.

This group is women only, we will cover the menstrual cycle, life cycle of women & the seasonal cycle through a yogic lens.

3 x 4 week blocks (1 week break between each block)

£240 for the full course. Payable upfront or in 3 monthly installments (£80 PM).
