Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative guided practice often called “yogic sleep,” where the body relaxes while the mind remains gently aware. In this class, you’ll lie down comfortably and be guided through breath awareness, body scanning, and visualization.
With no physical effort required, this practice helps release tension, calm the nervous system, and promote deep rest. Suitable for all levels, it’s ideal for reducing stress, improving sleep, and restoring balance.
Please bring along any pillows, blankets, eye pillows or anything that will help enhance your experience. We will end the class with tea and some sweet treats so don't forget your jeep cup.
