6 Session Mindful Meditation Course

New year, new mindful approach. Join us for an in-depth 6-session mindful meditation course. This course is designed to help you approach the new year with confidence and a stronger mind-body connection and teach a number of different types of meditation.

Sessions will take place in our Murarrie studio and will be run in small group sessions (10-12 people) for a personalised approach.

Each session will run for 1 hour and will take place on a nominated Monday night. You'll have handouts and homework to do in between.

Over the 6 sessions, you will learn:

• Session 1: Introduction to meditation with a focus on Breath Lead Meditations.
• Session 2: Dealing with Stress and the Effects on the Body and Mind.
• Session 3: Mindfulness, Staying Conscious in the Present Moment.
• Session 4: Compassion-Based Meditation & Meditating with Mala Beads.
• Session 5: Kundalini and Meditation
• Session 6: Your Daily Meditation Practice

Give yourself a chance to begin again as the New Year dawns. You will complete the course and have found a meditation style that suits you.
