Hi, I’m Anne! In a blended family with my husband, Michael, we have 6 children and 2 granddaughters. We both work in the architectural industry which has surprising similarities to my interests in the body, biomechanics, energy, and movement as medicine. My teaching style is laid back with the goal to help students gain bite sized information and tools at every session to learn and use for life. We win the day by not mimicking the pose we see and pushing into our tissues. More important is staying authentic to your own progression of alignment, strength, and breath. The classes I teach - your practice - offer a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment to launch and grow in your wellness journey. We are training for the long game alongside others with the same goal!

This class delivers clear instruction in each pose to strengthen towards body alignment and learn foundations that are at the heart of your fitness journey. Learning these core principles will empower you with tools that you can use for check-ins during your day-to-day life. Progress doesn’t stop when you leave your mat. We tap into muscles that may have taken a long vacation and fire them up to start pulling their weight! Time on your mat in class is an investment into yourself that you can look forward to!
