Description
For those with balance limitations, body limitations, or those that prefer a gentle approach with the use of the chair to support and aid in the safety of the practice, this is a wonderful class for you!
NOTE: The last two classes of this session will take place on SATURDAY, August 21 and August 28 from 9:15-10:15 am due to scheduling conflict of the instructor.
