WARM | All Levels | Relaxing yet challenging where we hold poses for 2-5 minutes for total mind body connection

A slow meditative style of yoga which targets the deeper connective tissues; ligaments, joints and fascia as well as releasing the muscles.

In this practice, poses are held for longer periods time, allowing the body to gently open and release stored tension whilst encouraging stillness and presence of mind.

More props are often used than in a more dynamic class, allowing the body to passively soften.
