Whether you are an experienced yogi or just starting your practice, this Gentle Slow Flow Yoga class will leave you feeling calm and refreshed. Taking our time moving through a sequence of poses designed to promote relaxation, flexibility, and mindfulness. This class is taught around 75-78 degrees when held indoors. This is "feel good" yoga!
