Sharka is originally from Czech Rep, lived in London for 21 years, and moved to Sweden in 2020. Since 2011 she is a dedicated yogini, teaching full time different styles of yoga. Her qualifications are in 26+2, Yin yoga - several trainings, Vinyasa, Prenatal and Postnatal, Inferno Hot Pilates and Inside Flow, Core mat I in Pilates. She is Sound Healer as well. She studied with Bikram himself, Jo Phee, Holly Husler.
”I love to see people progressing and hearing how yoga changed their lives”, she says about her teaching.
When not on the mat Sharka loves winter swims, cycling and stand up paddling. She is a big fan of crystal bowls sound healing and inside flow.

The Original 26+2 Bikram series. The sequence consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. The room temperature is set to about 40.5 so this class is guaranteed to make you sweat as well as give your whole body, respiratory and cardiovascular system a good workout.
This series of poses allows the body to stretch, strengthen and detoxify and many report to have greatly reduced levels of stress and chronic pain. The class is lead verbally so be prepared to listen! The idea behind this is to stop your mind from drifting and helping it to anchor into the present moment.
