I am 500hs certified Moksha Yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance) and since 2023 I am also certified Inside Flow teacher.
What I love most about yoga is its ability to always put a smile on your face and give you that inner bliss - even when life is a mess. It calms you down and fills you up with energy at the same time.
As a yoga teacher I have nine years of teaching experience, including both hatha based classes such as Moksha yoga and Vinyasa, but also Yin yoga, and Yinyang and the most recent addition Inside Flow. My style of teaching is always playful and creative, and I strive to create a safe and inclusive space for my students to explore their practice. Synchronizing the breath with the movement is an intention that runs as a common thread in my classes. Having a background in natural science, I hold a special interest in how our bodies work in terms of anatomy, our circulation systems and our physical functions. My motto is “Live to learn” as I love learning new things and consider myself always the student.
Besides being a yoga teacher I am also a climber, a runner, a snowboarder, a music lover, an audiobook addict, and a mother. I am immensely grateful to have the opportunity to share my love of yoga with others, and I look forward to seeing you on the mat soon!

Jag hittade yogan för ca 15 år sen. Jag gick på min första yogaklass med en önskan om en vigare kropp. Det var inte kärlek vid första ögonkast, men efter att ha testat några olika lärare så hittade jag rätt och började då praktisera yoga mer regelbundet för allt det där andra som infann sig. Den rörligare kroppen blev en bonus, jag praktiserar numera yoga för att skapa lugn, bli mer medveten i min kropp och hitta rätt med min andning.
Jag har varit gruppträningsinstruktör sedan 2001 och 2011 gick jag min första utbildning i yoga. Sen dess har jag fördjupat mina kunskaper i över 500h yogastudier i olika former; globalyoga, yinyoga, gravid och mammayoga, hatha, anusara, yoga nidra – alla former inspirerar mig på olika vis.
Jag älskar den dynamiska yogan, flöden som utmanar både den fysiska och mentala styrkan. I mina klasser så kombinerar jag genomtänkta sekvenser och stilla positioner med en medvetenhet i kropp och andning. Detta väver jag samman med en tydlig intention som går som en röd tråd genom klasserna.

Jag hittade yogan för ca 15 år sen. Jag gick på min första yogaklass med en önskan om en vigare kropp. Det var inte kärlek vid första ögonkast, men efter att ha testat några olika lärare så hittade jag rätt och började då praktisera yoga mer regelbundet för allt det där andra som infann sig. Den rörligare kroppen blev en bonus, jag praktiserar numera yoga för att skapa lugn, bli mer medveten i min kropp och hitta rätt med min andning.
Jag har varit gruppträningsinstruktör sedan 2001 och 2011 gick jag min första utbildning i yoga. Sen dess har jag fördjupat mina kunskaper i över 500h yogastudier i olika former; globalyoga, yinyoga, gravid och mammayoga, hatha, anusara, yoga nidra – alla former inspirerar mig på olika vis.
Jag älskar den dynamiska yogan, flöden som utmanar både den fysiska och mentala styrkan. I mina klasser så kombinerar jag genomtänkta sekvenser och stilla positioner med en medvetenhet i kropp och andning. Detta väver jag samman med en tydlig intention som går som en röd tråd genom klasserna.

I have always loved and been curious about the body, mind and spirit connection. I started practicing yoga and meditation during my teens and loved it from the first beginning! This feeling of coming home that occurs on the math, in your own privacy, is the most beautiful experience one can come in touch with!
During all those moments there was a seed planted in me; a longing for paying it forward, to create the same opportunity for others to feel the same feeling! But it would take me many years to realize and take the chance to fulfill that dream.
So many times, I postponed that dream until there was no point of return.
For about 4 years ago I took a teacher training course and that was the start for my journey as a teacher! For me it landed in the hormonal yoga training which was a fusion of different styles of yoga with focus on the breath and to activate the soft & calm in the system.
We are all yogis on this ongoing, endless journey with all its challenges and beauties to make us grow. The only thing we need to do is to show up over and over again and as Rumi says:
“Close your eyes, fall in love, stay there”
