Strala is a powerful form of feeling-based movement that helps people drop stress from their bodies and minds.
There is no straining, pushing or forcing yourself into a pretzel like shape
In a strala class we move slowly with ease through simple and challenging postures in time with your breath not unlike a Tai Chi experience......
The focus will be on keeping a smooth even breath and noticing how we feel and we relax into the flow.
