The session begins with an energizing Yang Yoga practice, which focuses on strength, stability, and active engagement. Through a series of flowing sequences, we will explore dynamic postures, incorporating elements of Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga styles. Yang Yoga helps build heat, enhance flexibility, and cultivate a sense of vitality and empowerment.
Following the dynamic practice, we will transition into the serene and introspective realm of Yin Yoga. In this phase, we will settle into longer-held, passive poses, targeting the deeper connective tissues of the body. By surrendering into each posture, supported by props if desired, we will encourage the release of tension and the stimulation of energy flow throughout the body. Yin Yoga cultivates stillness, patience, and introspection, allowing for a meditative and nourishing experience.
