This Vinyasa practice is meant to be relatively fast and strong to allow you complete relaxation by the end of the lesson.
You will be guided through a flow to promote strength, flexibility and mindful awareness.
You will receive an email 30 minutes before the lesson starts, with a link to the video lesson and any other relevant information.
Variations are offered to include most levels of fitness. Not sure if this class is for you? Feel free to get in touch via: namaste@houseofonlineyoga.com
If you book a lesson and have to cancel, please make sure to do so up to 2 hours before class begins, so others may be able to claim your spot instead :) After that time, cancellation will not be possible.
