The next 6 week block runs over 7 weeks, taking Easter Sunday off.

Discover a supportive community of like-minded friends. Learn healthy ways to manage to handle stress and gain greater self confidence in this yoga practise specifically designed for teens. Life can be so busy for our teens so its easy to become overwhelmed and anxious. In this class you will learn how to unplug, de-stress, move your body in yoga poses, build strength and flexibility, connect with your breath, explore creative expression and relax deeply to support your nervous system.
