This wonderful mix of yin and restorative yoga guides you to find space in the body where there once wasn't any and helps you to calm the nervous system leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

On the last Sunday of every month come along for our unique sound healing sessions. All you need to do is arrive, get comfortable and get ready for some relaxation. Every month it will be hosted by either Sarah or Gillian and will have a unique spin each time. You will be encouraged to allow yourself to be in the moment therefore nourish your nervous system whilst being immersed in beautiful sounds like drums, crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, gongs and so much more. Sound is a magnificent healer and a wonderful added tool for self love and care.

Feel free to bring along a blanket for comfort. Mats provided.

90 minute Hatha practise where we explore 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises twice in a heated room.
Leave the mat feeling invigorated after working your entire body and building up a sweat.
Although a more challenging practise, it is suitable for all levels.

60 minute Hot Flow, incorporating elements of Hatha and Vinyasa while learning to connect to your breath.
