My yoga journey began in 2003 and like most at first said it wasn't for me. This was before I had even been to a class. I have been practising since then and would be lost with yoga for both my mental and physical health. It really is suitable for all and I hope you all enjoy my classes. Ian
Description
• Unhurried Movement: Unlike fast-paced flows, this Hatha class focuses on static poses, giving you the time to properly stretch out the week's tension.
• Nervous System Reset: The deliberate pace and conscious breathing act as a natural off-switch for work stress, moving you out of "fight or flight" and into weekend mode.
• Strength & Stillness: You will leave the mat feeling physically energized and strong, yet mentally peaceful and grounded for your days off.
"End your week with stability and stillness. Our Friday morning Hatha class is the perfect bridge into the weekend. By holding classic postures and focusing on steady breathwork, we release the physical tightness and mental clutter accumulated over the last five days. It’s an unhurried, nourishing practice that leaves you feeling aligned, refreshed, and truly ready to enjoy your time off."
