In honour of my dad, I will be hosting an outdoor Yoga class (weather permitting) in the yard on Fathers Day weekend , Saturday June 19th at 11 am.
This lighthearted, gentle Yoga class is suitable for everyone and Yoga experience is not necessary. Children 8 years and up, accompanied by a parent, are also welcome! The yard is plenty big to adhere to the current guidelines for a gathering.
All you need to bring is a Yoga mat (if you have one), a large bath or beach towel and a strap of some sort (housecoat belts work great!) You might want to bring some sunscreen and mosquito spray too :)
This class is by optional donation on the day of class. All proceeds will be forwarded to the Salvation Army, my dad's favourite charity.
