In honour of my sweet Dad, I am hosting our third annual outdoor Yoga class in the backyard on Fathers Day weekend. This lighthearted, gentle Yoga class is suitable for anyone and Yoga experience is not necessary. Children 8 and up, accompanied by an adult, are also welcome!
All you need to bring is a yoga mat or a large beach towel. Sunscreen and mosquito spray might come in handy too.
This class is by (optional) donation and all proceeds will be forwarded to the Salvation Army, which was my dad's favourite charity.
I would love to see you and for us to celebrate dads together!
