Description
As a Yoga Teacher and (retired) Labour and Delivery Nurse, I bring together a deep understanding of the birthing experience with the grounding, supportive practice of Yoga. Prenatal Yoga classes are offered in a private home studio; a safe, nurturing space where expectant mothers can relax, connect, and prepare for the journey ahead.
The classes are designed to help ease common discomforts of pregnancy, build strength and confidence and to learn to use the breath to find focus and calm.
Each class begins with a 10–15 minute discussion which offers information and insight on topics related to pregnancy, labour, birth, and early motherhood. Our time together also creates a meaningful opportunity to connect with other women and experience a sense of community.
Classes are small, welcoming, and light-hearted and filled with helpful tips and guidance. Previous yoga experience is not needed.
