Description
As a Yoga teacher and registered nurse with more than 40 years of experience supporting families throughout the childbearing journey, I bring a unique blend of clinical experience and compassionate support to every class. My teaching is rooted in a deep understanding of pregnancy anatomy and the birthing process, combined with the grounding and restorative benefits of Yoga.
Classes are held in a private home studio, a calm, nurturing space where expectant mothers can unwind, feel supported and prepare both physically and mentally for the journey into motherhood.
Each class is thoughtfully designed to ease common pregnancy discomforts, build strength and flexibility and develop breath awareness as a powerful tool for focus and calm. Throughout the practice, you’ll be reminded of the innate strength and intuition that already lives within you.
We begin each class with a 10–15 minute educational discussion, offering practical information and insight on topics relating to pregnancy, labour, birth and early motherhood. This time together also creates a meaningful opportunity to ask questions and connect with other women, fostering a sense of community and support.
Yoga experience is not necessary, just come as you are!
