As a Yoga Teacher and Labour & Delivery Nurse, teaching Prenatal Yoga brings together my passions and knowledge of the birthing experience and Yoga practice. Classes are offered in a private home studio: a peaceful, supportive environment where expectant mothers can practice Yoga to ease some of the discomforts of pregnancy, gain strength for the journey ahead and, most importantly, learn to use the breath to gain focus and relaxation. This is also an opportunity to connect with other women and explore questions about labour, birth and motherhood. Classes are small, light hearted and informative - Yoga experience is not necessary.

Join in with other expectant moms to feel more prepared for your upcoming breastfeeding journey! You will learn tips for latching your baby, what to expect in those first few days, how to tell if your baby is getting enough and learn all about antenatal hand expression. These sessions are interactive and allow for the opportunity to ask questions to a certified lactation consultant.
