Hatha Yoga includes the practice of asanas -Yoga poses- which may incorporate vinyasa and some static poses. It focuses on strength and flexibility incorporating pranayama (breathing exercises),
which helps in bringing peace to the mind and body, and preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.

This class is perfect for early mornings to prepare you for your day. It is open for all levels, beginner to advanced.
