Yoga nidra meditation practice is wonderful to replenish your energy if you are feeling tired or if want to wind down after the week at work. Yoga Nidra allows
the body and mind to settle deeply into the delta & theta waves of the sleep process which can provide profound rest and healing. It has been said that 1 hour of yoga nidra equates to 4 hours of deep sleep.
Using this systematic approach to full body and mind relaxation it can help you connect with your own true and natural wisdom, your ability for healing and relieving stress.
Now is your time to relax and connect with your authentic self to experience inner peace and healing, join me at the studio over three weekends. Join one or all three. Possibility to join via zoom if in person doesn't suit.
