This class is suitable for all levels, it has some static postures along with some gentle flowing vinyasa to create fluent mobility.
Yoga assists physical, emotional and mental health while connecting to our spiritual self through meditation. Improve your flexibility, mobility and strength through the postures and experience the flow of energy throughout the body in the pauses between the postures.
