Come end your day and enliven your soul through this evening practice.
Hatha Yoga includes the practice of asanas -Yoga poses- which may incorporate vinyasa and some static poses. It focuses on strength and flexibility incorporating pranayama (breathing exercises),
which helps in bringing peace to the mind and body, and preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.

This class is perfect to release your day and prepare you to wind down for a restful night.
Jen caters for all levels and encourages you to listen to your body's cue of what is suitable for in any given moment.
Challenge yourself or take regular intervals of reflection in child pose.
