Description
This class is suitable for all levels.
This beautiful patient practise allows long supported holds of 3mins to delve deeply into relaxing the muscles which helps to open up the joints. It is a highly meditative and quiet practise that focuses on pranayama-breathing- helping to open up meridian lines in the body assisting with the flow of energy throughout the body.
If you want to do yoga, but want to go slow, this is the practise for you. Perfect for beginners, or if you are injured or pregnant.-Please notify Jen if these apply
