If you find your a bit nervous about yoga, this is perfect for you, it's a social class the ladies are very welcoming.
We practice give 20mins of gentle yoga, generally static postures some seated some standing. We practice balance & mobility for stability. 20 mins of Qigong (like Tai chi- usually standing) and 10mins of meditation. Perfect for the beginner or experienced yogi who wants to combine modalities.
