Description

Yin yoga with Breathwork is a deeply calming class designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reset your nervous system. This practice combines long, gentle Yin postures with mindful breathwork to encourage deep relaxation and improve flexibility. Using props such as bolsters, cushions and blankets, you will be supported in longer held Yin postures to create deep release. The session finishes with a deep relaxation, leaving you feeling grounded and restored.
