I discovered my love for yoga many years ago. What began as a physical exercise evolved into something much more meaningful. As I learned more about yoga and myself through my practice, I began to unlock its mental and emotional benefits, creating a more well-rounded experience. Unlocking this ability to nurture both my mind and body through Yoga was something I had to share... In 2024, I completed my yoga teacher training, and since then my love for yoga and teaching has blossomed into something truly wonderful.
As a teacher, I am very much myself on the mat. I aim to create a welcoming, fun, and inclusive space where students feel comfortable exploring their practice, while encouraging them to move at their own pace and carve their own path through yoga.
I love balancing sequences, I try to weave these into each class as it really is the whole body experience. Strength, stability, total mind focus.
