Ian Miller
Ian Miller is a certified breathwork facilitator, 300-hour yoga teacher, and co-founder of Respire Life, a practice dedicated to helping individuals reprogram limiting patterns and create habits that support joy, creativity, and authentic living. Integrating evidence-based breathwork techniques, mindful movement, and a passion for behavioral science, Ian guides clients in releasing stress, regulating the nervous system, and restoring a sense of inner clarity and vitality. His facilitation blends structure practices and guided by intuition— a primary focus is to offer a safe space for transformation through awareness, embodiment, and breath. Through workshops, retreats, and private sessions, Ian empowers individuals to align daily routines with their higher potential and live from a more inspired, creative state of being.
Description
This evening class blends dynamic Vinyasa-inspired movement with restorative Yin postures to release tension, restore mobility, and calm the nervous system. Starting with a flow sequence to energize and align the body, then practice transitions into deep, supported stretches that promote relaxation, flexibility, and mental clarity. Participants leave grounded, balanced, and prepared for a restful evening.
