Heather Main is a 200-hour YTT certified Yoga Instructor, Reiki and energy work practitioner, cold plunge coach, and co-owner of Respire Life, a breathwork-based wellness company. She is passionate about guiding others through practices that connect mind, body, and spirit—helping them discover their own inner balance, clarity, and strength. Through her grounded yet heart-centered approach, Heather creates safe, supportive spaces for self-discovery, healing, and transformation. Her work inspires others to reconnect with themselves, find peace in the present moment, and live empowered, intentional lives.
Description
This class is a journey through breath, movement, and stillness — an invitation to come home to yourself. We begin by connecting to the breath using pranayama techniques, awakening the body and quieting the mind. Guided movements help you soften into your body’s natural rhythm through curiosity and playfulness. Next, we open into a period of free-flowing, expressive, ecstatic dance — a space to feel, release and move intuitively without judgment.
We’ll close by slowing down, grounding back into stillness with a guided meditation to integrate and restore.
