Ian Miller
Ian Miller is a certified breathwork facilitator, 300-hour yoga teacher, and co-founder of Respire Life, a practice dedicated to helping individuals reprogram limiting patterns and create habits that support joy, creativity, and authentic living. Integrating evidence-based breathwork techniques, mindful movement, and a passion for behavioral science, Ian guides clients in releasing stress, regulating the nervous system, and restoring a sense of inner clarity and vitality. His facilitation blends structure practices and guided by intuition— a primary focus is to offer a safe space for transformation through awareness, embodiment, and breath. Through workshops, retreats, and private sessions, Ian empowers individuals to align daily routines with their higher potential and live from a more inspired, creative state of being.
Description
This morning session blends pranayama, conscious connected, functional breath and other techniques to regulate the nervous system and awaken intuitive awareness. Through guided breathwork techniques, participants are invited to breathe into their most authentic, highest self and aligned state of being—taping in to personal clarity, presence, and grounded energy to carry into the day and week ahead
