Inner Haven is an appointment-only studio, allowing each visit to feel calm, spacious, and unhurried. We provide complimentary mats, towels, and supportive props so you can simply arrive and settle in. On-site parking is available for your convenience, and lockers are provided to safely store your belongings during class.
