The Movement Club
Funded by Sport England · Free to attend
A weekly regulation session for SEND and neurodivergent children aged 6–12, attended with their parent or carer. Sessions combine gentle movement, breathwork and sensory-aware practice to support emotional regulation, body awareness, and connection between parent and child. This is not a performance space. There is no right way to participate. Children are welcome to move, observe, rest, or take breaks throughout. A quiet sensory corner is available at every session. Regulation comes before participation. Always.

About the sessions
Led by a regulation practitioner, SEND-specialist and SEND parent.
Sessions are structured to feel predictable, calm and pressure-free, designed specifically for children who may be sensitive to noise, transitions or unfamiliar environments.
The parent or carer participates alongside their child throughout. You are not a bystander, you are the calm anchor your child needs to feel safe in the room.
