Shona is a Pilates teacher, mover, and outdoor enthusiast whose teaching is inspired by a love of nature and the way mindful movement can help us feel stronger, more capable, and more connected- whether that’s climbing, surfing, hiking, mountain biking or simply moving through everyday life.
Through Move Wild Pilates, she blends functional strength, mobility, and body awareness with an appreciation for the freedom and joy of movement. Her background in Sports Science with Outdoor Activities brings a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to her teaching, balancing science with intuition.
Her classes are grounded, inclusive, and designed for every body. Shona believes movement should support your adventures, not restrict them- helping you build the strength and control to do more of what you love, for longer.
Expect thoughtful teaching, a focus on quality over perfection, and a good dose of warmth, humour and encouragement along the way. 🌿

Each class builds strength from the inside out- focusing on core stability, mobility, and balance- to help you move with more efficiency, confidence, and awareness both on and off the wall.
Sessions target key areas for climbers, from shoulders and hip flexion to grip and forearm strength, helping you build the foundations that keep you injury-free and climbing stronger for longer.
Suitable for all levels and every body- whether you’re new to Pilates or an experienced mover, you’ll find space to challenge yourself at your own pace in an encouraging, community-focused setting. 🌿
