I’m passionate about supporting children’s wellbeing through yoga and mindfulness. When I was younger, I sometimes found it hard to manage my emotions and feel calm, especially at school. Discovering yoga and mindfulness really helped me find balance, confidence, and peace within myself. Now, I love sharing these practices with children in a fun and nurturing way — through movement, breath, stillness, and imagination. My sessions are all about helping children feel grounded, connected, and confident, while learning simple tools they can use in everyday life.

Description

A playful and calming class designed to help children move, breathe and relax! Each session includes fun and imaginative yoga poses, movement games that build strength and balance, and simple mindfulness practices to support focus, emotional awareness and self-regulation. Children will also enjoy a mindful craft activity to spark creativity and self-expression. We end with soothing relaxation time to help them feel calm, grounded and refreshed.

Perfect for 4-12 year olds who will be welcomed in this inclusive, joyful space—a perfect blend of fun, regulation and wellbeing for growing bodies and minds!
