I am a 200 hour certified Hatha and Restorative yoga teacher who believes that yoga is a practice of listening to the body and the breath. My classes offer a mindful and grounded approach to movement, encouraging students to explore how postures feel rather than how they look.
Drawing on the traditional principles of Hatha yoga, I aim to guide through sequences that balance strength and softness, effort and ease. Breath awareness is a strong influence in my classes, helping to calm our overactive nervous system, steady the mind, and create a deeper connection with the body.

Description
Take time to slow down and reset with a gentle Hatha practice. Focus on mindful breathing, flows to release tension from the week and guide us into the evening. A balance of movement and stillness that leaves you feeling grounded and calm. Suitable for all levels.
