Chloe fell in love with Yoga and meditation when on a retreat in Spain. After feeling the immense benefits of the practises she commented to the teacher, if everyone started the day like this, there would be world peace. That was 14 years ago! Outside of sharing these practises, Chloe enjoys spending time in nature and learning about herbalism, is a hobby level climber and runner, and above all hanging out with her dog Nacho who you may well meet at the studio from time to time.

Description

A live online group meditation with the intention of re-grouping ourselves so we can lead with love.

The world is a wild, tumultuous place. And as we live in it, it’s inevitable that we care about the headlines — and we should. It’s important to acknowledge what is happening to our kin and to our Earth. But it can get overwhelming, can’t it?

I’ll be offering a monthly online meditation practice, which I ask you to “pay for” by paying it forward in love. My hope is that this session offers us a collective moment to remember the silent truths of our individual and shared heart — and that, as a result, we feel replenished.

So when an opportunity arises in the wild world for an act of kindness, no matter how small (often the small things are the big things anyway), we feel resourced enough to step forward and lead our lives generously from the heart.

This meditation is a small act of revolution — a gentle shift away from separateness and toward connection — so that living from our hearts feels more natural and easeful. Let's do what we can to make the world a more generous, kind and loving place to live.

The session will be hosted on zoom and will NOT be recorded because I believe the impact of these sessions should be felt as a live experience knowing others are practising with you, for you, at the same time. We are more powerful together.

When: Friday March 13th @ 6.30am for around 30mins

How: preferably practise this meditation in a comfortable and quiet seated position. Make sure you are warm and have support for your back so you can sit upright and not risk dropping back off to sleep!

BIG LOVE
Chloe xx
