Unwind at the end of your day with this gentle, candlelit yoga practice designed to slow the body and quiet the mind. Lit by candlelight, you'll feel your nervous system exhale as soon as you enter, and flow through 50 mins of soft, flowing sequences and longer-held postures. We’ll connect breath with movement to release tension, improve mobility, and invite a sense of calm into the nervous system.

Expect a grounding, nourishing practice that helps you soften, reset, and leave feeling relaxed, spacious, and ready for a deep sleep to help you prepare for the week ahead. All levels and abilities welcomed.
